5 Sample Interview Questions
  1. Tell me about yourself.
  2. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
  3. Why are you leaving your current job? Or why were you terminated from your last job?
  4. What interested you in this position?
  5. Do you have any questions for me? (ALWAYS have questions prepared to ask the interviewer).

Inteview question of the week provided by PCP member:

Tell me about a situation where you led a team. Explain your role on the team and how you helped reach the goal. What steps, guidelines, and timeframe's was your team faced with. How did you help affect the direction the team chose to take. Was this an effective approach or would you have changed anything?

What was the reason behind this question?
This question helps me determine the strengths that my interviewee has as well as where they would need focus. It helps me know where they would fit in on a team. I like this question because most people have had an experience leading or participating in a team environment, whether it is at church, school, work or even in leisure like hiking (planning routes and breaks).
